Mission Statement:
Our mission is to help the Brothers of the 2nd District of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from threatened or actual natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters.

Establish an emergency management and preparedness organizational structure for the second district.

Complete and create an organizational Chart for the district

Identify chapter liaisons to serve as members of the committee

Identify processes and procedures for brothers by creating comprehensive training.

Develop an annual training plan for the district

Identify training modules that allows for independent studies

Provide CPR/First Aid certification training.

Create an Omega Psi Phi members (i.e. employee) operation plan (e.g. Employee Operation Plan).

Develop an EOP for the district to implement in planning for any 2nd district event

Establish a 2nd District Occupant Emergency Team to deploy and operate onsite at 2nd district events
