The 2025 James S. Avery Sr. Shirtsleeve Conference & Undergraduate Summit brought together Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. from across the Mighty Second District for a weekend of leadership, mentorship, and service. Hosted by Iota Xi Nu, Upsilon Phi, and Rho Zeta Chapters at Kean University, the conference embodied the vision of Brother James S. Avery Sr. through interactive workshops, strategic dialogue, and meaningful fellowship between undergraduate and graduate Brothers.
